Vacation pt. 3

After 4 days on the road we finally made it to our destination, Aunt Betty's house in Hagerman, NM. Above are pics taken at the Bottomless Lakes near her house.

Roswell, NM. - home of the largest independently owned scrapbook store in the nation and most importantly the first Starbucks we found since Laughlin! - OOHHH, and Aliens!

Vacation pt.2

On the way to the Grand Canyon we got lost in Bedrock! The Flintstones send they're love!

Vacation pt. 1

Friday night we headed out to Laughlin, NV. - Emily got to spend the night with her cousin Jake and we spent some time with Grandma Connie and Aunt Tammy during grandmas bowling tournament, (That she happened to WIN!)- we must be good luck, LOL!

On Sunday while Emily was with Jake the rest of us headed to Oatman, AZ. - Anndy loved to donkeys and they loved her so much a few of them tried to EAT her!

We found this motel in Holbrook, AZ. - We think it had to be the inspiration for the CARS movie! Looks like the original TowMater, etc.! Next time we visit Aunt Betty I PROMISED Jeff we could stay there....cant wait! LOL

Soccer Season "Kick off"

It's that time of year AGAIN! Soccer has begun and Emily couldn't be more excited! Games will start Sept.12, 2009 and we invite everyone to come join in the fun! I will post a schedule when available! Hope to see you all on the field!

Playtime!

Last week Anndylan got her FIRST TOOTH and started to crawl the very next day! With her new independance she has decided she prefers to play under her saucer rather than in the seat!

A night in Orange

Last Saturday night was very special for us. With no planning and utterly spontaneous we were able to catch up with Uncle Keith and Aunt Trieste, (that in itself was a feat!). They live in Orange, CA which is a very cute little town that has alot of history. Int the center of the town is a circle and around it are several cute little shops and restaurants including this soda fountain/pharmacy. It has been there FOREVER and we enjoyed the evening just relaxing and walking the circle!

Aunt Mel came to town!

Two weeks ago Aunt Melanie came for a visit! She had her hair done and spent the evening with us at the "concert in the park" and even some games before she had to leave! Emily had a blast at the concert running into several friends she has missed over the summer, and Anndy just loved to be outside and roll around to the music!
