Playdate

Friday morning we met our friends Melanie and Zachary to go visit our other friend "Auntie Darlene" at her work. She works at Me and My Big Ideas, the scrapbook supply manufacturer. They were having a warehouse sale! While the kids played Mom and Melanie SHOPPED! What a way to spend the morning!

After the game we all stopped at a park near the stadium to eat our dessert GG made. Strawberry shortcake or just plain shortcake for Emmy (no strawberrys, no whip- go figure?)! GG made a great meal for us and it was FABULOUS, lots of laughs and memories made on Anndylans 1st Mothers Day!

What a great day at the ballpark! Angels beat Kansas City 4-3 and fun was had by all!

Mothers day "Quick Nic"

Mothers Day was spectacular! Before the Angel game we stopped to have lunch at a local park and Emily coined the phrease "Quik Nik". Since we didnt have time to stay and play she said it wasnt really a picnic!

Emily girls scout council had a mother / daughter event Friday night. Since grandma Connie was in town she tagged along with us and they had a great time together!
