This Saturday we had my 35th birthday celebration at Angelo & Vinci's in downtown Fullerton. For anyone who hasnt been there its FABULOUS and I cant wait to share it with you!

Miss Shamrock

This sunday afternoon we attended the "Miss Shamrock Baton Twirling" competition at Riverside City College. Emilys baton coach was the director or the competition and invited us to attend. Emily was very inspired watching all the girls (and one boy!)......but most of all I think it was all the BLIING BLING on the costumes!

Special Delivery

Knock-Knock...... your girlscout cookies are here! What a beautiful weekend we had and Emily did a great job delivering her cookie boxes! Anndylan loved the wagon ride and the walk was good for us parents too! (after eating all our cookies....)

Shabu Shabu

Wednesday night we went to a new restaurant right by our house called Itchikawa. They have shabu-shabu which we learned means schwish-schwish in Japanese. They bring you vegetables and raw meat. The vegetable boil in the pot in front of you and then when ready you take the meat and schwish it in the soup to cook it! It cooks in under 10 seconds because its so finely sliced! Surprisingly it was VERY GOOD! Anndylan loved sitting there with us at the bar and watching all the action. She was quite the celebrity that night. She gathered quite a crowd with all her smiles!

Fun with horses

This past week Emily started a course with the city called "Fun with Horses". She will be learning all the basics on how to ride and take care of the horses and ponies - and there is a difference! Last week she learned that ponies arent just "BABY" horses..... - next week they will actually start riding and she is really looking forward to that!
