Follow the Rainbow

After two years as a Daisy Girl Scout Emily completed her petals and "bridged" to a Brownie. As a girlscout of over 15 years I am very proud of her and thrilled to share the joys of scouting with her! Congratulations Troop #875!

2 years ALREADY!

Tuesday was our second anniversary and we shared it with the family. The girls got all dolled up in theyre new matching outfits (courtesy of gramma Jo) and we all went to dinner at Angelo & Vinci's in Fullerton.

Universal Studios

Monday Gramma Jo treated us to a day at Universal Studios. We had a blast! Although the heat was painful we managed to have a great time and stay somewhat "cool" (if you can believe it)! My daughters are such troopers! All day in the heat and lines, etc. and not a complaint from either! Emily has stated its her new favorite place (because it didnt make her feet hurt.....like Disneyland!)

Shop till you drop!

This past week Gramma Jo came to town and Emily has coined her own catch phrase..."When mommy says NO - ask Gramma JO!" The whole family was spoiled and Jo was thrilled to do it! For those of you that arent familiar with Jo, she is Myia's mom (My roomate/ best friend for MANY years). She has adopted our family and we are so blessed to have her! Thanks Gramma Jo - We love you!

Disneyland in July

So, Anndy was at Disneyland in December 2008, but she was only 1 month old and hardly old enough too appreciate the "Happiest place on earth"..... NOT ANYMORE! Emily and Anndylan had a great time! I love the pic on Anndy on the carousel taken right as it started to move! Gotta love that face! GG joined us for the day and we had a blast!

For those of you that dont know..... "My Friends Tigger and Pooh" is Anndy's FAVORITE thing. She was is "Pooh Heaven" We rode the ride 3 times for her. Every time she would see Tigger she would "Bounce" It was great seeing her eyes light up!

HAPPY 4 th of JULY!

In the Creek!

This past weekend we finally loaded up the RV and went camping for the first time! With last minute plans I got a reservation in Lytle Creek at Bonita Ranch. Emily LOVED being in the RV, she rarely ventured out of it! Anndylan LOVED playing in the creek. The water was cold and refreshing! Great times had by all!
